Chilli Pineapple



Ingredient A

  • 800g pineapple, sliced

Ingredient B

  • 12g dried chillies
  • 10g turmeric
  • 150g shallots
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

Ingredient C

  • 2 pcs star anise
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 250ml water
  • 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
  • 2 sprigs laksa leaf

Method

  1. In a hot wok, add oil and saute Ingredient B. Add sliced pineapple and stir fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add Ingredient C and bring it to boil before simmering till pineapple slices become soft.
