Baked Beef Ribs in Coconut Cream Sauce
How about some creamy coconut sauce to coat melt-in-your-mouth beef?
The luscious coconut cream sauce in this recipe is simmered down with Kara UHT Coconut Cream and the juice from the oven-baked beef ribs. The coconut cream elevates the BBQ ribs to a whole new level of flavour.
The key to getting ultra-tender and juicy beef ribs for this recipe is to marinate in the BBQ-style wet marinade overnight or at least 8 hours, then bake them very slowly in the oven.
This recipe has used “Texas Crutch”, a classic way to make a great BBQ by wrapping the ribs during smoking or slow roasting. It keeps the meat from drying out during long baking time. Sealing the marinated beef ribs with aluminium foil helps to trap the juices and fat so that they are reabsorbed, which also keeps the meat moist.
