A super easy baked chicken recipe, all you need to do is marinate and bake!
Chicken is marinated in Kara UHT Coconut Cream and few simple basic ingredients, which gives you this yummy and super juicy coconut baked chicken.
Need a side dish to go with this coconut baked chicken?
You can simply add a layer of thick-sliced potatoes in the roasting pan below the rack, sprinkle some salt and bake along with the chicken. The dripping sauce from the chicken adds flavour to the potatoes as they bake and it certainly makes a great side dish!
