Kara Coconut x Pumpkin = KUIH BAKAR LABU

Coconut or pumpkin? I LOVE coconuts! But I like pumpkin too…

Kara is glad to share another traditional kuih (Kuih Bakar Labu) demonstrated by mother of Sujimy Mohamad. To pick up this traditional kuih with pumpkin as base by watching the video clip here.

 

Ingredients:

1 packet of Kara UHT Coconut Cream 200ml

2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

1 cup of sugar

300 ml of pandan liquid blend

Half of small pumpkin (must be boiled first)

3 spoons of pure ghee

2 eggs
