The many uses from the Tree of Life – Virgin Coconut Oil

Not all oils are created equally. This is especially the case between virgin coconut oil (or VCO) and refined coconut oil (or coconut cooking oil). Though both are originated from coconut, VCO is not the same with coconut cooking oil because of the different extraction and production process.
