Bubur Sum Sum Recipe:
One packet of Kara UHT Coconut Cream 200ml
Two cups of Rice Flour
Apple green (flavouring/colouring)
Pinch of Salt
800 ml of water
Bubur Sum Sum Syrup (Two types)
Syrup 1 (Gula Melaka version)
One packet of Kara UHT Coconut Cream 200ml
Gula Melaka
Pandan leaf for fragrance
400 ml of water
Syrup 2 (Original version)
400 ml of water
Pandan Leaf for fragrance
White Sugar
