- 2 1⁄4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 100g mixed nuts, such as slivered almonds, macadamias, skinless hazelnuts and pistachios
- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons Kara Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- coconut yoghurt, to serve
