Clafoutis with Cherries and Coconut Milk



  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c.
  2. Put the cherries in a buttered baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted butter, flour, cornstarch, milk, Kara Classic UHT Coconut Milk and Kara UHT Coconut Cream, whisk until the batter is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the cherries, and bake in the oven for at least 45 minutes (prolong the baking if necessary).
  5. Dust the clafoutis with icing sugar.
  6. Ready to be served, warm or cold.
