Clafoutis with Cherries and Coconut Milk
- Preheat the oven to 200°c.
- Put the cherries in a buttered baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted butter, flour, cornstarch, milk, Kara Classic UHT Coconut Milk and Kara UHT Coconut Cream, whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter over the cherries, and bake in the oven for at least 45 minutes (prolong the baking if necessary).
- Dust the clafoutis with icing sugar.
- Ready to be served, warm or cold.
