Pumpkin Barley Porridge



Ingredient A

  • 100g barley, washed and soaked in water for about 2 hours

Ingredient B

  • 400g pumpkin, cubed and steamed
  • 1 stalk pandan leaf
  • 200g sugar

Ingredient C

  • 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream

Method

  1. Bring Ingredient A to boil, then turn to low heat and simmer until barley is soft.
  2. Add Ingredient B and cook until softened.
  3. Toss in Ingredient C and sir evenly.

Serving portions: 2 persons
