Coconut Jelly


  • 500ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
  • 1,500ml water
  • 440g sugar
  • 20g instant jelly powder


  1. Boil Kara UHT Coconut Cream, water and sugar.
  2. Add instant jelly and cook for a few minutes
  3. Deposit mixture into mould or a mini glass, and cool in the chiller.
